Museum Service

Supports the Museum by providing essential services for Museum visitors such as:

  • Usher at the Annenberg Theater
  • Assist customers in the Florence and Louis Kitsis Museum Store
  • Serve visitors in the Toor Gallery Café
  • Be an ambassador, distributing information to hotels and visitors centers
  • Perform a variety of office duties to assist Museum staff
  • Participate in enrichment trips and programs

The Palm Springs Art Museum was founded as a one-room facility in 1938 and has grown to the current 125,000 square-foot facility. It was designed in 1974 by noted architect E. Stewart Williams and the top floor was added in 1995.
